Consent Agreement and Terms & Conditions for Data Collection and Tuition Payment

PatMactech UK Ltd – Student Registration

This Consent Agreement and the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between the undersigned student (“Student”) and PatMactech UK Ltd (“PatMactech”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” for the purpose of registering for Business Intelligence Development courses.

1. Purpose of Data Collection:

PatMactech is committed to providing quality education in Business Intelligence Development. In order to facilitate the student registration process and offer an enhanced learning experience, PatMactech requires certain personal information from the Student.

2. Information to be Collected:

The information collected may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Contact Information (Address, Email, Phone)
• Academic Background
• Emergency Contact Information
• Payment Details for Course Fees (if applicable)

3. Consent to Data Collection:

By providing the requested information during the online registration process, the Student consents to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information by PatMactech for the purpose of managing student registrations, course administration, and communication related to the Business Intelligence Development courses.

4. Use of Information:

PatMactech agrees to use the collected information solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement. Student information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent from the Student, except as required by law.

5. Security Measures:

PatMactech will implement reasonable security measures to safeguard the collected information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

6. Access and Correction:

Students have the right to access their personal information held by PatMactech and request corrections if necessary. Requests for access or corrections can be made by contacting the PatMactech administration.

7. Duration of Data Retention:

The collected information will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Agreement or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

8. Tuition Payment and Payment Plans:

• 8.1 Payment Due:
  Tuition fees are due upon the commencement of the Business Intelligence Development courses. Tuition fees cover the cost of the entire course.
• 8.2 Payment Plans:
  Students may opt for a 5-month payment plan, where the total tuition fees are divided into five equal installments. The first payment must be made before the start of the course.
• 8.3 Commencement of Tuition:
  The commencement of tuition is contingent upon the successful payment of the first installment. If the first monetary deposit is not made, access to course materials and participation in classes may be restricted.
• 8.4 Fee Delinquency:
  If fees are not paid according to the agreed-upon payment plan, PatMactech reserves the right to suspend access to the course until outstanding payments are made. In extreme cases of non-payment, PatMactech may terminate the student’s enrollment.

9. Withdrawal of Consent:

Students may withdraw their consent for the collection and processing of their personal information by notifying PatMactech in writing. Withdrawal of consent may affect the Student’s ability to participate in Business Intelligence Development courses.

10. Agreement Acceptance:

By completing the online registration process, the Student acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Consent Agreement and the accompanying Terms & Conditions. They voluntarily agree to the collection and processing of their personal information by PatMactech for the specified purposes and acknowledge the terms related to tuition payment.
